PRICING POLICY
For all merchandise, Seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors or changing market conditions. Advertisements, catalogs and on-line services are prepared in advance and do not allow for fluctuations of market prices.

RETURNS POLICY

• Prior to returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please provide the following information when you request for a RMA number: Invoice number, reason for return and course of action sought on the merchandise to be returned.
• The RMA number must appear on top of the box or on return shipping label. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days from issue date.
• Special Ordered items are purchased by the customer under no refund, no exchange policy. Item description will state 'Special Order, No refunds' on the sales receipt or invoice.
• Cross shipments are considered as new order and are charged at the  full price of the product and a non-refundable shipping and handling charge. Any defective product must be returned with all accessories. For belts, a 15% restocking will be charged if returned within 20 days. For cartridges and styli, a 30% restocking will be charged if returned as new within 20 days. No refund will be issued after 20 days or if the product is returned damaged, abused, used or incomplete.
• All defective merchandise must be returned within twenty (20) days of the invoice date.
• All shipping and insurance charges on all RMA must be prepaid by the customer (NO COD’S WILL BE ACCEPTED).
• All returns for credit or exchange must be done within twenty (20) days of the invoice date.
• All returns for credit must be in re-saleable as new condition, include original packing material, manuals and all other accessories provided upon original delivery.
• All returns for refund on belts will be at eighty five percent (85%) of the original purchase price or eighty five percent (85%) of current market price, whichever is lower. All returns for refund on cartridges and styli  will be at seventy percent (70%) of the original purchase price or seventy percent (70%) of current market price, whichever is lower.
• Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and is subject to a the previously stated restocking fee. Shipping & Handling charges are non refundable.
• Seller cannot guarantee compatibility of the components purchased with customer's existing products unless otherwise mentioned on the copy of the invoice.
• Once Cash/Check/Credit Card is deposited or charged, cancelled orders will incur a $25 order cancellation fee.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
• Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Seller’s discretion. 

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are typically shipped via the US Postal Service. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any orders that include a backordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a request for shipment of all-in-stock items is made (additional charges may apply). We ship to all 50 US states and all over the world. 

Customers will be charged an address change fee of $15.00 if the delivery address is changed once the package has left from the premises for delivery to the original address.

All rates include insurance for packages with a total value of $100 or less. For packages with a total value over $100 please add $1.50 for each $100 beyond $100.

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time title passes to purchaser. If you have any questions please contact us.
